Evansville, Ind. – Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Dwight Mullins has announced that the Evansville IceMen have signed forwards Max Cook and Dana Fraser along with defenseman R.D. Chisholm for the 2014-15 season.
Cook joins the IceMen after playing four seasons at Miami University where he recorded 23 points (7g-16a) in 111 career games. Prior to joining the RedHawks, he spent three years in the USHL with Green Bay and Indiana where he scored 107 points (46g-61a) in 173 games.
Dana Fraser comes to Evansville after four years of college hockey at the University of Prince Edward Island. A native of Truro, Nova Scotia, Fraser also played junior hockey in the MJAHL for the Truro Bearcats where he netted 193 points (69g-124a) in three seasons.
Chisholm turns pro following a four-year career at the University of St. Francis-Xavier in his hometown of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. The 25-year-old notched 26 points (7g-19a) and added 48 penalty minutes in 75 career games.
