Kelly Cup Finals Carried Live On NHL Network

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced Wednesday that the Kelly Cup Finals will be available live to subscribers of NHL Network in Canada, marking the second season in a row that NHL Network has carried the finals.

The play-by-play will be handled by the “Voice of the Florida Everblades ” Kevin Reiter, who will be joined in the broadcast booth by David Moulton of SportsRadio 770 AM.

Trenton won the first two games of the best-of-seven series at Florida, winning 7-0 before a sellout crowd of 7,465 in Game 1 on Saturday and 2-1 in front of a sold-out crowd of 7,111 in Game 2 on Sunday.

Game 3 will be broadcast at 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday with Game 4 being shown at 7 p.m. ET on Saturday. If necessary, Game 5 would be Monday at 5 p.m. ET.

NHL Network broadcast the “ECHL Game of the Week” each Wednesday during the regular season. NHL Network has televised the ECHL All-Star Game live each of the past three years and is scheduled to televise the 2006 ECHL All-Star Game presented by Bud Light live from Fresno, Calif. on January 25.
