Ludwig, Little share AMI Graphics Plus Performer of the Month


Allen Americans defenseman Trevor Ludwig and Florida Everblades defenseman Mike Little are the AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performers of the Month for November after sharing the league lead with a plus-minus rating of +12.


Ludwig was even or better in nine of his 11 games during the month, including posting a +4 rating in a 9-2 win against Brampton on Nov. 21. He was a +2 on two occasions – Nov. 8 against Tulsa and Nov. 16 against Rapid City.


The 29-year-old has four points (3g-1a) in 11 games this season and he is second in the league with his +12 rating. Ludwig has 20 points (6g-14a) in 60 career ECHL games with Allen and Idaho and he has added 18 points (4g-14a) in 144 career American Hockey League games with Houston, Syracuse, Norfolk, Texas, Manitoba and Iowa. A native of Rhinelander, Wis., Ludwig has 51 points (16g-35a) in 116 career games with Allen.


Little posted a plus rating in all 10 games in November, and was a +2 on Nov. 1 against Orlando and on Nov. 7 at South Carolina. He posted at least one point in all 10 games during the month, and he has at least one point in 11 of 14 games this season.


The 27-year-old is tied for second among ECHL defensemen with 15 points (2g-13a) in 14 games this season and he is tied for sixth in the league with a +11 rating. Little has 114 points (24g-90a) in 199 career ECHL games with Florida, Stockton and Reading.         


In recognition of their accomplishment, AMI Graphics will present Trevor Ludwig and Mike Little with a personalized Plus Performer of the Month Banner during an on-ice ceremony at an upcoming home game.
