Lukin back for second season with IceMen

Evansville, Ind. – Head Coach Al Sims and the Evansville IceMen have announced the signing of forward Jarret Lukin.

Lukin returns to Evansville after recording 38 points (12g-26a) in 56 games for the IceMen a season ago. The 31-year-old has played nine years professionally including five seasons with the Allen Americans where in 238 games he scored 162 points (74g-88a). Lukin turned professional in the 2006-07 season with the Florida Everblades where he played two seasons. Lukin has also seen ECHL action with the Dayton Bombers and in the American Hockey League with the Rochester Americans and Lake Erie Monsters. His best pro season was during the 2008-09 season in Dayton when he scored 49 points (22g-27a) in 66 games. He also played college hockey at the University of Calgary and junior hockey in the Western Hockey League with both the Kamloops Blazers in British Columbia and the Medicine Hat Tigers in Alberta.
