Moore returning to Colorado for 2013-14 season

LOVELAND, Colo. – The
Colorado Eagles announced Wednesday that they have signed forward Teegan Moore for the 2013-14 season. Moore registered five goals and eight assists in 25 games for the Eagles during an injury-shortened 2012-13 season.

Moore, a 5-foot-11, 200-pound forward, played in a total of 10 games with the Eagles, after being added as an amateur late in the 2011-12 season. The Thompson, Manitoba native registered six points (2g-4a) and 10 penalty minutes in those 10 contests.

Prior to coming to Colorado, he recorded 54 points (26g-28a) and 173 penalty minutes in 118 games over a five-year collegiate career at the University of Calgary where he played with teammate Dylan Hood. Before his time with the Dinos, Moore spent five seasons in Canada’s Western Hockey League with the Brandon Wheat Kings and Portland Winterhawks, recording 111 points (43g-68a) and 363 penalty minutes in 330 total games.
