Bowen signs with Grizzlies

West Valley City, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies have signed forward Brian Bowen for the 2021-22 season.

Bowen posted 30 points (18g-12a) in 26 games with the Southern Professional Hockey League's Macon Mayhem in the 2020-21 season. He has totaled 132 points (68g-64a) in 116 career SPHL games with Macon, Fayetteville and Pensacola. He was named First Team All-SPHL in the 2019-20 season when he scored 30 goals in 48 games with Fayetteville.

A native of Littleton, Massachusetts Bowen has previous ECHL experience with Worcester, Norfolk and Adirondack, compiling four points (3g-1a) in 14 games.

Prior to turning pro, Bowen tallied 39 points (16g-23a) in 61 career games at the Unviersity of Vermont. He also skated in 56 games in the United States Hockey League with Green Bay and Dubuque, adding 42 points (16g-26a).
