Peoria’s Michaud Reassigned To Worcester

PEORIA, Ill. – The Peoria Rivermen announced that the St. Louis Blues have reassigned goaltender Alfie Michaud to Worcester of the American Hockey League. Peoria is the ECHL affiliate of St. Louis of the National Hockey League and Worcester of the AHL.

The 5-10 and 177-pound Michaud is 2-3-1 with a goals-against average of 2.97 and a save percentage of .913 in six starts for Peoria.

In 2002-03 with Peoria, Michaud was 20-4-4 and led the league with a goals-against average of 2.10 while ranking second with a save percentage of .927. Michaud was named ECHL Goaltender of the Year and First Team All-ECHL by league coaches.
