Allan Sirois had two assists in Pee Dee’s 4-0 win against Louisiana on Saturday. The first assist was the 500th regular-season career point while the second assist was the 500th regular-season point of his ECHL career. In his seventh season with Pee Dee and his ninth season in the ECHL, the 29-year-old Sirois has scored 500 points (211g-289a) in 563 career regular season ECHL games and 36 points (14g-22a) in 44 career Kelly Cup Playoff games. In seven career games in the American Hockey League with Worcester, Sirois has scored one goal. Sirois started the 2002 ECHL All-Star Game and scored two goals, including the game winner, and added an assist while earning MVP honors.
