Reading’s Sullivan Suspended 12 Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Thursday that after completing a thorough investigation that it has suspended Reading right wing Dan Sullivan and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions during ECHL Game #94 at Wheeling on November 7.

Sullivan, who was not dressed for the game, is suspended for 12 games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline for making multiple obscene gestures.

Sullivan, who was suspended by the team on November 9, has missed Reading’s games at Wheeling (Nov. 11), vs. Wheeling (Nov. 12), vs. Dayton (Nov. 13), vs. Peoria (Nov. 16), vs. South Carolina (Nov. 19) and at Dayton (Nov. 21).

Sullivan will miss Reading’s games at Peoria (Nov. 25), at Peoria (Nov. 26), vs. Trenton (Dec. 3), at Trenton (Dec. 4), vs. Johnstown (Dec. 10) and vs. Wheeling (Dec. 11).
