Schepke, 26, will be suiting up for his third professional season – second in Greenville. Injuries limited Schepke to 15 games with the Road Warriors in 2010-11. In that time, though, he was able to rack up 12 points on five goals and seven assists. The former Michigan State Spartan also played four games with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League. As a rookie in 2009-10 with the ECHL’s Charlotte Checkers Schepke netted 46 points (26g-20a) in 69 games which earned him a spot in the ECHL All-Star Game in Ontario, and helped Charlotte finish with the Eastern Conference’s best record.
