RoadRunners Agree To Terms With Pszenyczny, Yandle

PHOENIX – The Phoenix RoadRunners announced that they have agreed to terms with All-Star defenseman Dave Pszenyczny and defenseman Brian Yandle.

The 22-year-old Pszenyczny missed the final 26 games of the 2006-07 regular season and all four games in the Kelly Cup Playoffs after undergoing emergency surgery to repair multiple severed tendons and arteries in his right forearm after being cut by an opposing player’s skate on Feb. 9 at Alaska. He had 23 points (5g-18a) and 100 penalty minutes in 41 games for the RoadRunners as a rookie while also playing in the American Hockey League where he had two assists in four games with Toronto.

The 24-year-old Yandle, who missed 39 games due to injury, had 14 points (4g-10a) and 16 penalty minutes in 28 regular season games and one assist in four Kelly Cup Playoff games for Phoenix in 2006-07 while also playing in the AHL where he had two penalty minutes in one game for Worcester.
