Royals’ All-Star Miles
Called Up To Manchester

READING, Pa. – The Reading Royals announced that All-Star forward Jeff Miles (pictured) has been recalled to Manchester of the American Hockey League and that right wing Paul Cabana has been assigned to Reading by Hershey of the AHL. Reading is the ECHL affiliate of Manchester of the AHL and Los Angeles of the National Hockey League.

It is the first call up to the AHL for Miles, who is under contract to Manchester. The 6-0 and 200-pound Miles is tied for the ECHL rookie lead with 17 goals and ranks sixth among rookies in scoring with a team-leading 33 points.

Cabana opened the season with Quad City of the United Hockey League, scoring 18 points (6g-11a) in 32 games. He has played the past two seasons in the ECHL with Columbia, scoring 63 points (33g-30a) in 83 regular season games and three points (2g-1a) in 14 Kelly Cup Playoff games.
