Stillman Assigned To Pensacola

Pensacola, Fla. – The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced today that center Cory Stillman has been assigned to the Ice Pilots from the St. John’s Maple Leafs of the American Hockey League. Pensacola is the ECHL affiliate of St. John’s of the AHL and Toronto of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the fourth round (101st overall) by the New York Islanders in the 2001 National Hockey League Entry Draft, the 21-year-old Stillman played for Barrie of the Ontario Hockey League in 2003-04, leading the Colts with 59 points (22g-37a) in 64 regular season games and 11 points (5g-6a) in 12 playoff games.

The 6-2 and 211-pound Stillman played four seasons with Kingston of the OHL and one season with Barrie, scoring had 222 points (97g-125a) and 218 penalty minutes in 283 career regular season OHL games and 13 points (7g-6a) in 22 playoff games.
