Stingrays, Girl Scouts Announce Partnership

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays announced that they have formed a partnership with the Girl Scouts of Carolina Low Country.

The Stingrays are the ECHL affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League and the Calder Cup champion Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League.

The team has created an incentive program to encourage participation in the Girl Scout Cookie Program, including a free ticket to the game on Mar. 25 which has been designated as “Girl Scout Day” by the Stingrays and the opportunity to be chosen to participate in on-ice contests during the game, have dinner with the team president and coaching staff and to be a guest commentator with broadcaster Mike Kelly.
