Stockton Tickets Selling At Record Rate

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Thunder announced that they have sold more than 2,600 season tickets and that they surpassed the 2,500-ticket mark faster than any time in their three-year history.

The Thunder is the ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League and the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.

Stockton has led the ECHL in attendance each of its first two seasons, and raised its average attendance by 6.5 percent to 6,780 per game last season.

The Thunder and the City of Stockton will host the 16th Annual ECHL All-Star Game at Stockton Arena on Jan. 23, 2008 and the 11th Annual ECHL All-Star Skills Competition on Jan. 22, 2008.
