Syracuse Recalls Bombers’ Knopp

DAYTON, Ohio – The Dayton Bombers announced that right wing Ben Knopp has been recalled to the American Hockey League by the Syracuse Crunch. Dayton is the ECHL affiliate of Syracuse of the AHL and Columbus of the NHL.

Selected in the third round (69th overall) by Columbus in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft and under contract to Syracuse, Knopp has five points (3g-2a) and 19 penalty minutes in seven games with the Bombers.
