Texas Receives Three
Players From San Antonio

BEAUMONT, Texas – The Texas Wildcatters announced that right wing Rob Globke, center Kamil Kreps and defenseman Jeff Brown have been assigned to the team from San Antonio of the American Hockey League. Texas is the ECHL affiliate of San Antonio of the AHL and Florida of the National Hockey League.

Selected in the second round (40th overall) by Florida in the 2002 NHL Entry draft and in his first professional season, the 22-year-old Globke has six points (2g-4a) and 15 penalty minutes in 41 games with San Antonio.

Selected in the second round (38th overall) in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft and also in his first professional season, Kreps has a game-winning goal, seven points (3g-4a) and nine penalty minutes in 41 games with San Antonio.

Selected in the first round (22nd overall) by the New York Rangers in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft, Brown returns to Texas after 35 games in San Antonio where he had two assists and a team-leading plus-minus rating (+7).
