Thunder’s inaugural “Frozen Dinner” set for March 16

STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Thunder, a two-time recipient of the ECHL “Award of Excellence,” has announced a special “Frozen Dinner” event that will be held at Stockton Arena on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:00 p.m.


A unique dining experience organized to bring the players up-close and personal with all Thunder fans, a portion of the ice surface of Stockton Arena will be transformed into a special dinner hall set-up with a Thunder player or coach ready to mingle at every table.

A cocktail hour will launch the event which includes hors d’oeuvres and two complimentary drinks per person, followed by a gourmet dinner. During the event, fans in attendance will also be invited to take a special “behind-the-scenes” tour of the Thunder locker room and enjoy on-ice skills demonstrations by the players.


A live auction will offer hard-to-find hockey memorabilia while all fans in attendance will be entered in a free raffle for a chance to win special prizes throughout the night.


Cost is $89 per person and $79 for Thunder Season Ticket Holders and children (ages 12 and under). Space is limited and fans are strongly encouraged to reserve their seat by March 3 by calling the Thunder front office at (209) 373-1500.
