Toledo Storm To Play In 2005-06

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Wednesday that the Toledo Storm has withdrawn its Voluntary Suspension Request for 2005-06.

Tim Gladieux spoke on behalf of the Storm, told the Board of Governors that the team has sold 1,200 season tickets and that it would continue to works towards its goal of 1,600 season tickets.

“The ECHL and the Board of Governors is pleased that Toledo will operate,” said ECHL Commissioner Brian McKenna. “Toledo is an important traditional market and the Board is committed to having the Storm as a long-term member of the ECHL.”
