USA Hockey Names Former
Falcon Wroblewski Assistant Coach

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – USA Hockey announced that former Fresno Falcons right wing John Wroblewski has been named the assistant coach of the U.S. National Under -17 Team.

The 27 year old had 125 points (65g-60a) and 299 penalty minutes in 273 regular season games and 16 points (7g-9a) and 41 penalty minutes in 24 Kelly Cup Playoff games for Fresno from 2003-07. He appeared in all 72 games three times in four years and

Wroblewski has been working as a graduate assistant for the National Team Development Program providing assistance to the coaching staffs of both teams within the NTDP. He was an assistant coach for the bronze-medal winning U.S. Team at the 2008 International Ice Hockey Federation World Men’s Under-18 Championship.

He was one of the original members of the NTDP program and he had 78 points (40g-38a) in 152 games from 1997-99.

He played four seasons at the University of Notre Dame where he had 64 points (29g-35a) and 94 penalty minutes in 144 games from 1999-2003.
