Versatile forward Robinson agrees to terms with Idaho

Boise, Idaho – Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Brad Ralph announced Thursday that the
Idaho Steelheads have agreed to terms with forward Brett Robinson.

The Steelheads are the ECHL affiliate of the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League and the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League.

The 28-year-old Robinson joined the Steelheads midway through the 2012-13 campaign, chipping in 23 points (6g-17a) in 36 regular-season games down the stretch for Idaho as a valuable piece of both the power play and penalty kill units. He excelled in the postseason, tying for the team lead in postseason plus/minus rating (+4) and tying for third on the team in postseason goals (5). The Alton, ONT, product has scored 47 goals over four ECHL seasons with Cincinnati, Greenville and Idaho.
