SAN FRANCISCO – The San Francisco Bulls announced that the American Hockey League’s Worcester Sharks have assigned forward Riley Brace to the club.
The Bulls are the ECHL affiliate of Worcester and the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League.
Brace, 21, is in his first full professional season. He has one assist in five games with Worcester this season. Last season, the native of Ottawa, Ontario recorded six points (3g-3a) in eight games with Worcester after finishing his OHL career with Mississauga.
In 2012-13 and 2011-12 he led Mississauga in scoring, totaling 82 points (33g-49a) in 2011-12 and 73 points (21g-52a) in 2012-13. In five seasons with Mississauga, Brace totaled 234 points (89g-145a) in 304 games.
